Where is the Caribbean?

The islands surrounding the Caribbean sea that make up the Caribbean region are bordered in the north by the Gulf of Mexico, the Straits of Florida. The northern Atlantic ocean is on the east and north east, and the South American coastline is on the south.

The landscapes and vistas of the islands vary enormously, from mountainous terrains, to flat, non volcanic regions.
